Cancellation Policy
Because I dedicate significant preparation time to each session, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. In case of emergency or unforeseeable circumstances, please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the session or contact me directly. I will do my best to reschedule and accommodate.
